Pink Lady Charters – An afternoon onboard a private luxury yacht

As the summer has officially come to an end in Qatar, an array of outdoor fun awaits you! Cruising on a private yacht specially chartered for you sounds amazing, right?! Living the luxury life is fun. When an invitation to review a luxury yacht with other awesome bloggers of Doha came up, I couldn’t hold back my excitement. I am just back from my vacation but this experience was like that of holidays spent by the sea!

“Pink Lady Charters” located in Porto Arabia, at the beautiful man made island of Qatar (Pearl Qatar), offers luxury yacht cruises exclusive to ladies and families. The service and experience is like a staycation at a five star hotel but guess what, it makes you super relaxed too!

Thanks to UCI World Championship, the roads to The Pearl were closed during the peak hours. We took a water taxi from Katara to The Pearl. That was a great start as I love water journeys! The traditional open Dhow sailed slowly towards Porto Arabia to make a dream come true!

As much as I was excited for the Friday afternoon, a devastating news of the loss of my best friend’s Dad shook me and set me into deep stress mode. Thanks to “Pink Lady Charters” yacht cruise, my stress levels sank as it was the most relaxing afternoon I have ever had. Since the yacht is an all female one there was complete privacy.

Bianca Cragg, Captain of Ventura I and Ms. Marielle, crew member greeted us with a warm welcome. As we entered the lavish seating inside the yacht, I could start to sense my stress levels dropping. It was cool, beautifully furnished and the windows provided the ultimate view of the Doha skyline. We had a quick introduction session followed by Bianca explaining the safety precautions we needed to follow onboard.

As the yacht slowly set sail from Porto Arabia to the open Arabian sea spectacular views and cool breeze made my mind less heavy. It was like a spa sensation. We sailed across the corniche passing Westbay to the Museum of Islamic Arts and to a nearby island (which I do not remeber the name). Refreshments were served and all of us got busy chatting and taking photographs.

The Italian made Ventura I has 3 decks.

The lower deck consists of two luxurious bath attached bedrooms. The main deck houses the dining and lounge were you can connect with music systems from your personal devices and watch on huge LCD screen. The upper deck has an open air dining space and day beds at the back and front of the yacht. The yacht was beautifully smooth with no noise. The view of water splashing as the yacht sailed was eye-catching.

Day beds that are cushioned allows room for ultimate relaxation throughout the sail.

It was two hours in the sea which went by like twenty minutes. The sun had completely set by the time and The Pearl was lite up as the night sky rose.

That was an amazing evening spent with fellow bloggers and special thanks to Donna Belle and Captain Bianca. It was good to be with you girls out in the sea. I am already dreaming of sailing with “Pink Lady Charters” once again!

The “Pink Lady Charters” yacht is run by an all female crew and offer a range of packages. You can bring your own Food and also arrange custom events on the yacht away from distractions of the city. The maximum people onboard is 12 and on the harbour is 24. The yacht can stop in the sea and you can get down in the water to swim and enjoy too!

Their packages are:

QR 4000 for 2 hrs

QR 5500 for 3 hrs, and

QR 9000 for 6 hrs

“Pink Lady Charters” offer a weekday special of QR 5000 for 4 hours which is an absolutely good deal. Bring your friends and family to experience the elite luxury onboard with ‘Pink Lady Charters’.

  1. Oh my goodness. What a absolutely fantastic treat. Those yachts look breath taking. So sorry for you receiving some bad news whilst out there but what a way to just reflect on life and mull things over. Sound’s like you had a wonderful time and now I am staring at my old cup of tea, overgrown grass in my back garden and the bed socks I am wearing in pure, jealous, disgust haha! #WeekendBlogShare

  2. With your writing and photos thank you for exposing me to a part of the world I will never see. The trip sounded so relaxing and I’m glad you got to enjoy!

  3. Love this! I’ve been on a similar yacht cruise in Dubai and it was amazing! We stopped for an hour by the Burj Al Arab and we all jumped into the water to swim for a bit. I wonder if Pink Lady Charters will have an Entertainer voucher soon? :p
